Luvivi was founded in 2015 to address the growing need to provide independent professional services to companies around corporate governance and regulatory compliance. We are 100% Black owned and 51% Black women owned. The central office is in Johannesburg and we provide services Nationally to meet our clients'requirements, and where so required outside of South Africa as well.

Our experience is broad ranging and extends to providing professional services to companies in various sectors, including Resources , Industrials, Healthcare, Consumer, Services, Property, Telecommunications, Financials and Technology. Our directors also have post-graduate qualifications in finance and legal fields and have been requested by professional industry associations to deliver presentations and provide training to members of those bodies. They have also had existing relationships with regulatory bodies and are familiar with operational processes involved when interacting with particular regulators. Our directors also have experience of serving on company boards in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa. We are therefore well placed to provide professional services for our growing client base.
